Same-Day Appointments

We strive to provide same-day appointments to new patients most weekdays between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM (CST), on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting your intake documents before 12:00 Noon (CST) increases the likelihood of being scheduled the same day, but it is not guaranteed.

Intake packets received after noon are typically scheduled for the following business day. Most patients are seen within 24 to 48 hours.

How Insurance Verification Works

  1. Patient provides current insurance information.
  2. Coverage and eligibility are verified.
  3. Applicable patient costs and treatment requirements are communicated before care.
