Your First Virtual Visit at Nashville Addiction Clinic

Our virtual addiction treatment program was designed to make your appointment experience simple and convenient.
Here's how it works:

After You've Registered

  1. One of our friendly staff members will call you for a brief phone interview. The goal of a phone interview is to educate you on how our program works, and what to expect. If you haven't registered yet, click here.
  2. Your first appointment will be scheduled (same day appointments are available every Monday through Friday)
  3. You'll register with us on the Spruce Health mobile app. We use Spruce for secure messaging, audio and video communications.

Your First Appointment

  1. Find a quiet, private place.
  2. Open the Spruce Health mobile app and check-in. (ie: "Hi, I'm ready")
  3. A staff member will greet you and ask a few questions.
  4. You'll first visit with a counselor to discuss your addiction history, and to develop a treatment plan.
  5. You'll then visit with a prescriber who will discuss your Suboxone regimen.
  6. Your Suboxone prescription will be sent to your local pharmacy, or shipped to you the following day. (your choice)
  7. A drug screening kit will be mailed to your home address.

Follow-Up Appointments

Your follow-up appointments will be similar to your first appointment with a couple of exceptions:

  1. A drug screen will be performed.
  2. You will be required to mail your drug screen within 1-day of your visit so it can be tested by our lab partner.

Don't Worry, We'll Guide You Every Step of the Way

We've perfected online opioid addiction treatment and we'll guide you every step of the way. In fact, online addiction treatment can be easy as long as you adhere to the following requirements:

  1. Show up on-time for appointments. If you don't show up we can't help you. If you're late, you run the risk of not being seen that day.
  2. Mail your drug screens within 24-hours of your appointment. We need your lab results in order to prescribe Suboxone medications at your next visit.
  3. Always communicate with us - no matter what. We understand "life" happens. If you'll communicate with us when things occur, you'll most likely find we will do everything possible to provide you with treatment. We just need to know what's happening.
