Your First Virtual Suboxone Clinic Appointment at Nashville Addiction Clinic
Our virtual addiction treatment program with Suboxone was designed to make your appointment experience simple and convenient. Here’s how it works:
After You’ve Registered
- One of our friendly staff members will call you for a brief phone interview. A phone interview is needed to educate you on how our program works and to test your Spruce video connection. If you haven’t registered yet, you can click here.
- Your first appointment will be scheduled (same-day appointments are available every Monday through Friday)
- You’ll register with us on the Spruce Health mobile app. We use Spruce for secure messaging, audio and video communications.
Your First Virtual Suboxone Clinic Appointment
- Find a quiet, private place.
- Open the Spruce Health mobile app and check in. (ie: “Hi, I’m ready“)
- A staff member will greet you and ask a few questions.
- You’ll first visit with a counselor to discuss your addiction history and to develop a treatment plan.
- You’ll then visit with a prescriber who will discuss your Suboxone regimen.
- Your Suboxone prescription will be sent to your local pharmacy or shipped to you the following day. (your choice)
- A drug screening kit will be mailed to your home address.
Follow-Up Appointments
Your follow-up appointments will be similar to your first appointment, with a couple of exceptions:
- A drug screen will be performed.
- You will be required to mail your drug screen within 1-day of your appointment so it can be tested by our lab partner.
We’ll Guide You Every Step of the Way
We’ve perfected online opioid addiction treatment, and we’ll guide you every step of the way. Online addiction treatment can be easy as long as you adhere to the following requirements:
- Show up on time for appointments. If you don’t show up, we can’t help you. If you’re late, you risk not being seen that day.
- Always mail your drug screens within 24 hours of your appointments. We need your lab results to prescribe Suboxone medications at your next visit.
- Always communicate with us – no matter what. We understand that “life happens”. Communicating with us when things pop up makes it possible for us to do everything possible to provide you with treatment.
