• $370 every four weeks  (Saves $50)
• $210 every two weeks  (as part of a payment plan)

*Self-pay pricing includes rapid drug screening, counseling, case management, and physician visits. Medication costs are not included. Your insurance may pay all or part of your treatment and medication costs. Please check with your insurance directly for accurate treatment costs and co-pay amounts. Commercial insurance holders are required to pay a $20 monthly telemedicine program fee as part of their treatment.
