Nashville Addiction Clinic is currently a preferred provider of medication-assisted treatment for all three Tennessee Medicaid insurance carriers and several commercial insurance carriers.
We are in-network with the following insurance carriers:

Self-pay pricing is available through one of the following payment plan plans:
- Weekly: $100 (paid every week)
- Bi-weekly: $200 (paid every other week)
- Monthly: $350 (discounted by $50 and paid every 28 days)
*Self-pay pricing includes in-office rapid drug screening, counseling, case management, and physician visits. Medication costs are not included. Your insurance may pay all or part of your treatment and./or medication costs. Please check with your insurance directly for accurate treatment costs and co-pay amounts. A $20 monthly fee is added to self-pay and commercial insurance patient fees for virtual drug screening kits.
