Problems at Your Current Suboxone Clinic?

No Suboxone clinic can be perfect at every visit with every patient. Yet, some Suboxone clinics can do a great job most of the time. Nashville Addiction Clinic is one of those clinics that strives to deliver exceptional patient care to every patient at every visit.

Nashville Addiction Clinic’s motivation for excellent patient care stems from the owner being in recovery and having experienced unsatisfactory treatment personally at multiple Suboxone clinics.

It is this personal experience that led to the opening of Nashville Addiction Clinic, as well as the clinic culture:

  • People in active recovery own Nashville Addiction Clinic.
  • They have personally experienced rudeness, ridicule, and blame when visiting a Suboxone clinic for their own opioid addiction treatment.
  • They know what it’s like to feel like a number.
  • They know what it’s like to feel like you’re “buying a Suboxone prescription”.
  • They’ve gone without medications for many days as a result of mistakes made by the doctor and/or administrator at a Tennessee Suboxone clinic.

Imagine struggling with opioid addiction for many years. You finally make the very difficult decision to get help, only to find:

  • You can’t get an appointment with a local Suboxone clinic for many days or weeks.
  • You are able to get an appointment at a local Suboxone clinic, but are treated poorly.
  • You can’t find a pharmacy to fill your medications due to the clinic or doctor’s reputation or location.

As people in recovery, we’ve experienced all of this and much, much more. Addiction treatment is a delicate, somewhat complicated field of medicine. For a patient to experience exceptional patient care requires the clinic, administrators, therapists and providers to all do exceptional work in their respective fields.

A successful, error-free patient experience at a Tennessee Suboxone clinic also takes the cooperation (or partnership) between the Suboxone clinic and local pharmacies.

As raising a child “takes a village” so does exceptional addiction treatment. It takes great planning, a well-educated staff, and a moral compass not found at every Suboxone clinic in Tennessee.

To help ensure Nashville Addiction Clinic delivers excellent addiction treatment and patient care, a series of checks and balances occur with every patient at every visit. It also takes a team of six full-time administrators to monitor every detail to make sure every step of the process is completed correctly every time.

This starts with how intake documents are collected and processed through the patient receiving their first Suboxone prescription, without errors or delays. This is a very planned, very intentional process that “takes a village” to make sure everything is performed correctly and completed in a timely fashion.

Below is a snapshot of what new patients experience at Nashville Addiction Clinic from the moment they decide to start treatment through their transition from harmful street drugs to the much safer Suboxone.

24/7 Patient Access and Sign-Up – Empowerment

Our website allows all new patients to submit their intake documents and select a clinic or telemedicine visit the moment they decide to get help. Completing this first step is often the very first time an addict feels empowered over their addiction, knowing they’ve taken their first step toward ending their addiction to opioids.

Same-Day Appointments Every Monday through Friday – Accessibility

We try our best to reach out to new patients forst thing every morning to get them scheduled the very same day. Typically if someone submits their intake documents before 1 pm on a weekday, they can often get seen that same day.

TennCare Medicaid and Other Commercial Insurance Accepted – Flexibility

Whether you have TennCare Medicaid, BCBS (any state), Anthem, Cigna, United Healthcare, Amerigroup, Wellpoint, or other health insurance plan, we probably have a program for you. Even if we’re not in-network with your health insurance provider, we can sometimes create a “single case agreement” to work with them.

Telemedicine or Clinic Appointments – Convenience

Nashville Addiction Clinic patients experience the same thing whether they choose a clinic or telemedicine appointments. Clearly it’s easier for patients outside of Nashville to choose our telemedicine program since they can complete their Suboxone appointments from anywhere. However, there are a handful of people left in the world who prefer face-to-face interactions. Needless to say, we welcome both!

The counseling team at Nashville Addiction Clinic each hold a master’s degree. What that means for you is exceptional therapy geared toward helping you resolve the issues that drive your addictive behaviors. Suboxone can save your life, therapy can change your life.

Addiction Treatment for All of Tennessee – Accessible

No matter where you live in Tennessee, we can treat you! Nashville Addiction Clinic has been designated a certified BeSMART clinic by TennCare and it’s three insurance carriers. Our BeSMART designation means we can provide telemedicine addiction treatment (aka TeleMAT) to all Tennessee residents.

Suboxone Medication Delivery – Convenience

Nashville Addiction Clinic’s medication delivery program makes addiction treatment even better by eliminating pharmacy hassles, reducing travel time, and making a 100% at-home addiction treatment program possible.
