Zarra D. Magnaye, RN, serves as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant (HVA) supporting appointment flow, scheduling coordination, insurance billing and claims processing, insurance eligibility verification, and compliance preparation. With a strong nursing foundation and attention to detail, she plays an important role in keeping clinic operations organized and efficient for both providers and patients.
Zarra earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Our Lady of Fatima University in Valenzuela City, Philippines, and completed graduate-level coursework toward a Master of Arts in Nursing at La Consolacion University in Malolos City, Philippines. She is certified in HIPAA compliance and Virtual Assistant training through Hellorache.
Licensed as a nurse since 2007, Zarra has worked in various healthcare settings before transitioning into virtual healthcare support. She values being present for her family while continuing to serve patients and providers with professionalism and compassion.
Outside of work, Zarra enjoys spending time with her family, serving in her church community, watching movies, and reading. She draws inspiration from Jeremiah 29:11 and believes deeply in hope and purpose in every journey.
