Nicole earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Far Eastern University (Manila) and has completed HIPAA Certification as well as specialized training in HIPAA Compliance for Healthcare Virtual Assistants. Her education and experience have provided her with a strong understanding of human behavior, patient interactions, and the importance of compassionate, confidential care.
